COVID-19 Procedures

We know you have questions about the health of your pet during this crisis. Please be assured we are classified as an essential business, and are committed to remaining open to care for your pet during this time.

Here are some important updates about our procedures in response to recent developments. These are intended to help keep our staff and clients safe and healthy! Thank you for your cooperation.

Due to our area’s Coronavirus “Stay-At-Home” order, we will be providing curbside service only. We are not allowing anyone into the building.

When you arrive for a scheduled appointment, please stay in your vehicle and call our office.

A staff member will come and take your pet inside the hospital. Please remain in your vehicle while your pet is being examined. After the examination, we’ll call you to discuss the doctor’s findings and treatment recommendations. Upon your verbal approval, we’ll treat your pet and take your credit card payment by phone. Any items being sent home will be brought to you when we return your pet to your vehicle.

Medication refills and prescription diets can still be ordered by phone. We ask that these be paid by credit card over the phone. Call our office when you arrive and we’ll bring the items to you.

**Our office will be closed from 12:00-1:30 Monday through Friday for lunch.**
